Municipal Inflation (v0.11.3)
This proposal advocates for the authorization of the 'set withdraw address' transaction. The plan necessitates modifying the chains parameter to set WithdrawAddrEnabled as True. This adjustment allows validator to get their rewards on another wallet (specified by the set-withdrawal-addr transaction) instead of the wallet which created the validator. If no withdrawal address is set, rewards will go on the wallet that created the validator. Presently, this functionality is non-operational on FetchAI. As part of our mission to make 2022 a year of rapid growth for the Fetch.ai ecosystem, we are proposing the Dorado upgrade to our network.
We intend 2022 to be a year of rapid growth of the Fetch.ai ecosystem, and towards this goal we have decided to bring forward the launch of our Capricorn network upgrade. This will now proposed to take place on Tuesday the 8th of February.
The maximum number of validators on the Fetch.ai network should increase from 50 to 60 validators.
